  • 10 year warranty on all refrigeration components
  • 5 year warranty on all heat pump components
  • 1 year labour warranty on workmanship

Here’s where we are different:

  • **Apple Pie to Apple Pie guarantee (Sweet Deal!): We guarantee that you won't find a comparable system for less. Continue to shop and if you find a company that beats our price and offers everything our company does, we will write you a cheque for the difference plus $100.00.

  • **No LEMONS guarantee: If the compressor fails twice in the first five years we will replace the heat pump with a brand new unit at no charge. Valid for 24 months from time of installation.

  • **Heating and Cooling guarantee: We guarantee that your new geothermal system will heat and cool your home/business 24/7/365 or we will replace the unit with a one size larger system at no cost. Conditioning includes the output of the heat pump and required compensation heating. All systems meet or exceed CGC Standards and are Certifiable.

  • **Comfort guarantee: We will guarantee that our heat pump will maintain the temperature in your home to within 2F or 1C of your thermostat setting or we will modify the system to correct the adverse condition. Valid for 24 months from date of installation.
